On Friday the 28th of October, we celebrated One Day Together, the national celebration day of Educate Together schools. As a school we decided to focus on togetherness and all of the amazing people in our school community. Each class had visits throughout the week from family members of children in the class. Some of the visitors read stories, some played musical instruments, some taught interesting lessons/workshops, some created beautiful artworks with us. The children really enjoyed the week of visits and bonding as a school community. On Friday we had a school assembly (led by Senior Infants and Sixth Class) and we told Alan and the other children in our school all about our One Day Together visits. We really enjoyed celebrating One Day Together 2022!
